$110 · vintage ladies bike

Had it tuned up and new tires etc done a few years ago after owning it for decades, but not using it. For some reason they never attached the rear brake cable to the hand brake. So it needs a bit of work (about $100 worth, according to someone who has restored others) but is a real classic. I don't know much more about it. Tires aren't pumped up at the moment. Not sure gears are working properly. Pickup is in South Oak Bay. X-posted
