Hello! my student has decided to move in with her boyfriend January 1st to ride out whats left of the pandemic (I can not blame her one bit seeing as the rules right now mean he can't even visit :( ) I am in my thirties, I work a full time office job and I'm a part time student as well. Free time is often spent baking, working on DIY projects, working on photography or hiking/biking although as it is getting cold I'm doing a lot less outside this year. Some great features the house includes: - Fully furnished room (double bed, dresser, large closet, desk, etc). - Lots of sunlight. The whole house has large windows and you will be experiencing morning light through your bedroom windows. - in house laundry facilities - landlord replaced the washer and dryer three months ago. - good sized common areas with a fireplace and plenty of plants - A large back yard, with two dogs downstairs who would love to be your friend and get all the pets from you. and a garden come summer - Apple tv that still has Crave and possibly Netflix until my friend decides to change the password. :) - fully stocked kitchen. I like to bake so I have most of the gadgets (food processor, dishwasher, crock pot, espresso maker, etc.) - Close to University, shops, movie, gyms, theater etc. Two blocks from Shelbourne and Mackenzie - covered space to store your bike Jan 1st Room: The smaller room is the green room and is renting for $750.00 Looking for someone who is covid cautious. not looking to have lots of people in and out of the house until this craziness is over as I am slightly immunocompromised.
