Hello We are looking for a mature female student interested in renting a room in our large friendly family home, the house is brand new and has large rooms with lots of storage and amenities Short or long stay welcome . The house is located in the heart of Saanichton and on a direct bus route to UVIC and downtown...both about15 min. Parks and open spaces are easy to find!! Shopping is walking distance away. The house has a large kitchen, a large dining area, and a large back yard with patio and bbq. The upstairs had a private a full bathroom and laundry facilities. The rooms are fully furnished with bed, desk, dresser and closet and flat screen tv The house environment is friendly, respectful and quiet. We have plenty of experience running a shared house as we have been accustomed to International students. We recommend students...including International students...to apply as we are a quiet house and we are more than willing to assist wherever we can. The rent includes WIFI, laundry, heat and parking.
