It has one bathroom with a bathtub, a big shared kitchen, living room, dining room space. There is a yard that's fenced, and the option to put in raised beds for a garden. I'm still decorating, and open to ideas to co-create the space in a way that suits all inhabitants. If you're a couple, rent would be split 3 ways, not 50/50, so please don't message me expecting any different. Currently I'm offering the room for less than 50% the total rent costs.
