You have access to the full house, not just the bedrooms and plenty of storage space in the garage if needed. All inclusive. Parking available on street or reserved parking spots available to rent through strata for $30/month. 1.) Master bedroom + private full bathroom $900/ month. 2.) Bedroom + private full bathroom $850/ month. Less than a 20 min walk and about a 5 min drive to downtown Sooke core. Walking distance to the ocean and many trails. Along bus route. I'm a female in my twenties looking for down to earth, responsible, respectful, tidy roommates. You have to love dogs as I have 2 of them.
