$750 · roommate wanted

In search of someone interested in renting the second room in my two bedroom apartment starting September 1st. Rent will be 751.50 a month, also bc hydro by-monthly and $20 for wifi monthly. It is a bright and open apartment, gets lots of sun and has a great balcony. A large bathroom with a double vanity and more then a enough closet space. Fully furnished, except for the second bedroom so your own furniture will be needed. And any other living room, kitchen or bathroom furniture or decorations may be welcome. It's very central, a few minute walk to two bus stops that both lead downtown and one to Uvic, 27, 28 and 14. It is also a 10 minute walk to hillside mall/ thrifties and a 10 minute walk to Camosun college on Landsdowne. Coin laundry in the building and a large heated indoor pool on the property. Street parking as well. Recycling, garbage and composting on property. Looking for someone who is tidy and respectful of common areas. Non smoking and not 420 friendly (the apartment complex is zero tolerance for smoking in the buildings or on the property). Sadly no pets allowed. No huge parties due to neighbours and volume down at 10pm. Also respectful of volume/noise due to my constant schoolwork. Hoping for someone who is close to my age (20). Female only please. A bit about me, I will be attending Camosun college full-time for my second year in the social work program. I love plants and am very open to having a small jungle in the apartment. I am a vegetarian and would prefer someone who is as well but it's okay if you are not. I am a 20 year old girl who is just more comfortable having a female roommate.
