$750 · roommate wanted for brand new garden suite in Fernwood

Hi! I am looking for a roommate for a new garden suite (in an older house) in Fernwood. The suite features 2 bedrooms and one spacious bathroom, a smallish but well equipped kitchen, a common area, and in-suite laundry. There is also a large, fenced backyard space and garden with fruit and nut trees ! Ample on street parking. Short walk to Fernwood Square and Haultain Corner, quick 5-10 minute pedal to downtown and 15-20 minute pedal to UVic. Bus stops close by. I do have two older but well behaved dogs who are pretty laid back in their senior years that will probably guilt you into pats more often than not. A bit about me: I'm in my late thirties, female, professional turned grad student. I enjoy cooking and sharing meals, great conversions, and adventuring outside. I am an avid gardener and always come home with an abundance of fresh garden goods from the organic farm I work at part time. The ideal roommate would be mature, clean, like minded, eco-conscious, n/s and quiet but would also enjoy sharing meals (occasionally experimental ones) and great conversation. Must love dogs and to a lesser extent dog fur. The downside: The suite is small so the right fit it a must! There is no dining room area, just a small corner in the living room. Storage space in the suite is limited but there is a garage shared with the tenants upstairs. There are two people and a dog who live upstairs and although they are very quiet, you do hear them on occasion. The suite is fully furnished except for the spare room so it would best suit someone who doesn't have much furniture. As I already have two dogs a third one is not ideal, but an exception could be made for the right fit! 750$ plus 1/2 of bills (about 50$month). If this sounds like a great fit, let's chat!
