Bedroom available in Brentwood Bay for September 1st. Good location for Camosun Interurban students since the bus stop to campus is right outside. The house is close to the Brentwood Bay marina, just steps to the ocean. Rent includes utilities and basic wifi. Bedroom is bright, furnished with a double bed, bedside table and a dresser, carpeted with good sized closet, and has a large window. You will share a big bathroom with a double sink, shower and bathtub with one other renter. Laundry is located in the garage and available for use. The kitchen is bright and there is plenty of cupboard space for your things, as well as an upper patio that all three of us will use. The kitchen and living room areas are shared with me (owner) and the other renter. This is a clean, respectful house where you are expected to clean up after yourself, leave common areas as you found them, and be quiet between 11pm and 7am. Looking for full time student or full time employed person. Sorry, no couples since I am renting this bedroom to a single person.
