I am subventing my room because I am away for work. Prime location. The location is indeed unique; access to Gorge waterway, close to parks and bike paths. Jogging along the Gorge is amazing! The apartment is at 10 minutes from Victoria Downtown. Bus #14 is only few minutes' walk and goes directly to town every 20 minutes. Private dock is only few steps from the apartment, perfect for paddle boarding or kayaking. The room is 900$ and includes everything: internet, heat, etc. No extras.
