Private Entrance / Private Room/with lock in Garden Shed. *Shared bathroom in main house just steps away* fully contained mini *kitchenette* as well -TV-WiFi-Roku Bedroom, shared bathroom, common area back yard. Quiet, small home on Oak Bay Border. Middle to upper class neighbourhood, 3 min to Gonzalez Beach, Save-On foods, Oak Bay Rec, Restaurants, Oak Bay Boutiques and Downtown Victoria. We are close to Comosun College, University Victoria, Royal Jubilee Hospital Common Amenities : towels , blanket ,duvet, sheets, pillows , hangers, curtain Additional Amenities : mini fridge/ice box , microwave, double hot plate, toaster, coffee maker, water dispenser with filtration hot & cold water . All cooking utensils, dishes, silver ware ,serving bowls/dishes, pots, frying pan, cutting knives, cutting board. House Rules No showers past 8 pm There is Private suite with a dividing ceiling to floor (GREY Curtain) that separates the common area from the other Private Suite. Please Do Not go beyond curtain for her Privacy. The MAIN kitchen is where you do Dishes , laundry is 2 blocks on Oak Bay Ave I occasionally burn a fire and smoke by it. There is no smoking in your Suite , there is smoking area under Gazebo outside please. I have 2 small pets ( cat & dog ) Daisy the dog is hyper allergic.
