This is a 5 bedroom/ 2 bathroom home with one bedroom currently available. The house is big and bright with two large livings areas, a huge backyard, and a spacious deck. There is a medium-large dog who is very friendly but super excitable. Cats tend to dislike her but we are open to your pets (pending landlord approval). The current four tenants are friendly, working professionals looking for like-minded roommates. We want socially progressive roommates who are communicative and empathetic. We do not throw ragers but we do have a great social space and your friends are welcome. The house is located near the Broadmead shopping centre, Royal Oak shopping centre, and the 6, 72, 32, and 39 bus routes.
