looking for a room / roommates ($750-$1000)

Hi everyone! I'm a young web developer looking for a place in Victoria (ideally in Fairfield, Fernwood or Quadra) to call my home for a while. I would prefer somewhere that has a bed and desk available as I haven't collected many things here yet. I'm available to move in any time between December 1st and January 1st. About Me: I'm relatively extroverted, but solitude is valuable to me and so is spending time around people who inspire me to make the most out of my time. I'm not opposed to substance use every now and then, but sobriety is definitely my favourite state of mind and I enjoy the company of people who are on the same page about that. I travel either on foot or by bike, so a central location would be awesome. A couple other things that would be selling points for me would be... Common interests! I'm a relatively diverse person, but some of the things that I'm passionate about include: music, reading, metaphysics, surfing, bouldering, nutrition, coding, and whatever new thing has caught my attention (right now it's roller skating). In particular, it would be wonderful to have the opportunity to live with people who have talents in music production or horticulture. Collaboration! I'm comfortable being totally individual but I really like cooking and sharing food, so it would be nice to live in a place that's willing to do communal meals every once in a while. Bonus points for buying in on wholesale bulk food (rice, oats, lentils etc.) and weekend meal prep (burritos?) Lighting! I'm a solar powered human and living in a basement wouldn't be great for me. If there's plant life in the common areas, then I'm pretty sure I'll fit right in.
