lease available with option to show

Due to my current life circumstances, I do not have the time to ride my horse. He is bored of standing around not working, so he needs a rider! Hes a great horse, fun to ride, with tons of personality. I'd like to see him worked regularly and get back in shape. He is a 12 yr old, 16.1hh andalusian cross gelding. He goes nicely english, and is usually in the ribbons when shown. Would suit someone wanting to hack, and show on the flat. He has never shown dressage, but with the right rider he would do well with it. Sorry but no jumping. He has had most of the last 2 years off due to me having a baby. Currently he is very out of shape, so will need an experienced english rider to get him fit again. He would be available up to 3 days a week right now. Showing could be a possibility. Rider MUST have valid hcbc, and always wear a helmet and proper boots when riding. His tack is available to use, but you're welcome to use your own if it fits him properly. He is located on private property in Sasseenos / Sooke. We dont have a ring, but the galloping goose is right at our gate, and once the mud dries up a bit, our fields are lovely to ride in. The person leasing my other horse was able to use a riding ring a few properties down the road, so that may be a possibility as well. We have a trailer available for hauling to lessons, clinics, and shows. The cost of the lease is negotiable, as my priority is finding the right rider for my horse.
