Priced for a quick sale. I am ready to part my beloved sailboat due to a new addition of a family member. She is a very solid and well-designed 20 ft sailboat, turn key. For a 20 ft boat, she has all the amenities of a larger boat (24 or bigger). 2 cabins that can sleep 4, a sink, and a pump toilet. Originally designed and built in UK for the rough English channel. She is ideal for the choppy seas of the north pacific. She is reviewed as a very sturdy boat that "sails like a tank". Not exactly the fastest racing boat, but the most comfortable and sturdy cruising boat of her size. The boat was stripped to the hull and completely rebuilt by the previous owner in a professional shop. I took over and I painted, installed port holes, insulation, wood trim, and set up electrical wiring. Battery is topped up by a solar panel. Battery powers 3 cabin lights, radio, compass light, nav lights, and mast head anchor light. There are 3 more cabin lights I did not bother hooking up, but the electrical wiring is there. I have tons of extra pictures to show you on my phone from the work I did. The boat has all top notch gear. All brass turn buckles, very high quality port holes (windows) that open and has bug screens (6 of these cost $2000), brand new compass installed 3 years ago that has a built-in light (worth over $300), battery switch, brass cabin lights, and the list goes on. Did not cheap out on any of the equipment. Sails in decent condition. Foresail is a roller furling sail, and comes with a couple more foresails. She also has a 6hp outboard motor set up in the engine well. 2 stroke Evinrude 88. Very reliable and starts every time. Her biggest advantage is the fact that she has a twin keel for beaching and easy haul out. Never tow a dinghy around; you can beach to get ashore. Never pay for a crane to haul her out; you can haul her out yourself with the trailer. Trailer is custom built to fit the boat perfectly and is made of heavy duty steel construction. It comes with brand new tires that has less than 100km on them. Update: I hauled her out and did the bottom work and antifouling paint. Keels have been inspected, they are in excellent condition.
