investor or partner needed to expand

Investor or partner needed. I am in the construction industry and want to take my company to the next level. I have secured contracts and have a very large opportunity at my fingertips and know there is an extream amount of money to be made and I have the knowledge and skill to do it, I just need help funding the expansion as life happened and I'm to new to b c. (Not the bizness) so banks will not help me at this time and dont have the how to properly make a business plan. Tens of thousands of dollars are easily able to be made monthly and would put up everything I have to guarantee that the money is just waiting for us. Hopefully there is someone that rolls the dice on life and takes a leap with me. The wild card always prevails, everytime.
