The road up here demands winter rated tires, its steep, twisty and skinny so please be prepared for that before coming to view. You will need 4x4 or mud tires to get in and out of the driveway in winter. House is a qaudplex, and everyone on the property is quite, over 30 and respectful. My suite is on the top floor and faces the back of the property. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, dishwasher, washer/dryer and full stove/fridge. All laminate flooring, a small deck with bbq. Please note its not wheelchair accesable. The house/street appeal is rough around the edges, hence the price, but ive done allot of work to the inside and its now a great place to live.
