basement suite wanted

Hello. Im 17 and looking for a basement suite in the dowtown area to rent. Im quite,i do smoke and sometimes enjoy haveing a friend over. Im not a party going sorta person and im a respectfull person who wouldnt trash the place. It doesnt have to be a massive space and in suite laundry/dryer would be a massive plus.
