The room locates in a very convenient and quiet townhouse complex which is right beside university sport field. It takes about 5mins walking to university campus and the terminal bus stop. Mt. Douglas high school and Campus View elementary school are within walking distance. Gyms, shopping mall, grocery stores and theatre are all close by. The room is spacious and just renovated with brand new floor, brand new tiles in kitchen and washroom. It is furnished with a double sized bed, a bookshelf, a study desk, a dresser and walking closet. The rental price includes all utilities. I am looking for a clean, quiet and responsible student or working professional to share the space with one Uvic student from Hongkong. No smoke, no party, reference letter will be an asset.
