I seek a fellow woodworker to share in my wood shop rental. I build furniture and wood art items from reclaimed wood as a hobby and part time business and am finding the $1300/month rent more than I can handle alone comfortably. The building is located on private property in the Highlands area. It is a 1000 sq ft separate building with wood heat. Has a separate "dry room" for wood storage and a "clean room" for paint/varnish. I have all necessary tools in place for hobby woodwork. The space is accessible 24 hrs as long as doors are closed to respect the landlords quiet time. This would be suitable for a hobbyist or art timer like me... not expected to be used as a commercial venture. Landlord must approve all users of his space however I am the first contact.
