CRUSH IT is a 30 minute high energy kick boxing circuit created for women.    Benefits are muscle tone, weight loss, stress relief, basic self defense skills and impact. Ladies CRUSH IT classes begin in January     Every Tuesday beginning Jan 8th 9am-9:30am, Thursday Jan 10th 9am-9:30am and Saturday's beginning Jan 19th 10am-10:30am.    Drop in Fee $8.00.    Cash only Man and wife team.
