If you are planning on building a new house or doing a large renovation, one of the first things you will require is a drawing on that you can present for approval and permits.

Offering full construction drawings that you can present to clients, truss companies and/or structural engineers for building permits by city hall, at half the price of a large company. I usually charge $900 for more complex drawings, cheaper if it is a small reno or not as much effort required.
Will provide original AutoCAD & Revit files along with a PDF of the drawings.

Most jobs can be done in under two weeks and will do revisions to ensure satisfaction. Just require a photo of a hand sketched drawing to some scale that gives me an idea of what you are looking for.
