Whole House for Family of 4

Responsible and hard-working family of 4 (including 2 young children) seeking a long-term whole house rental. We have excellent references and are willing to give a year's worth of cheques up front. We're very low key people. No smoking/partying. We will maintain the property as if it belongs to us. We've never bothered our landlords with anything we can solve/fix ourselves and we don't plan to start now. I think you'd find us to be ideal tenants! We also have one quiet, very well-behaved mid-sized dog. He never barks and never gets into anything he shouldn't. He's probably one of the quietest and neatest dogs in existence. Hoping for something Saanich/Victoria/Oak Bay area but we're open to anything and anything is appreciated. Anything else you'd like to know just ask. Thanks for your time!
