Position Overview The Appointment Coordinator is responsible for booking Service appointments as per booking guidelines as well as updating all customer information on each call to maintain the customer database. The role also entails completing outbound tasks to generate business for the Service department. Duties and Responsibilities - Answer phones and book Service appointments as per booking guidelines and order parts as necessary. - Confirm and update customer information on every call. - Identify outstanding recalls on every vehicle booked in. - Complete appointment reminders, Dealer Direct Leads, Service reminders, and Service follow up's daily. - Assist in covering reception when needed. - Maintain a positive attitude within the workplace. - Manage time to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner.
