I purchased a 71 westy last year and hoped to redo it on my own, but I'm not at all equipped - there's not even a right angle!!

I'm looking for the right fit of a person. I would want you to pitch an idea for the entire build out and propose a set-fee, I would buy all materials and pay you in lump sums as we progress. The Van is in my driveway and I would also love to help a bit if possible, but you would need to be willing to work from here on evenings or weekends or whenever you chose.

It's a pretty exciting little project and I'm happy to compensate fairly, but I'm looking not looking for a professional as I cannot afford a huge cost. So I'm seeking someone who's fairly new to the trade, good at what they do and wanting to gain some experience and some extra cash.
