Wanted: A table tennis instructor

Looking for a table tennis instructor or someone who is at a higher level of playing and has competed and knows the rules to assist me a beginner to improve my game. Prefer someone who is willing to share their expertise vs charging for it (to play in a public space). Thanks for responding.
