My 19 year old daughter and I are moving to Victoria from Vancouver February 1 2020. I am fully employed and transferring with my company to work downtown. She will be working part time and eventually going back to post secondary. We have been living in a co-op for the past 7 years and are excellent tenants. We are great neighbours and take ownership of our home and the place we hold in the community. I grew up in Victoria and ideally want to find a long term place to call home. We come with one older cat and one small (12 lbs) dog. Looking for a 2 bedroom either top floor house, duplex or condo in Victoria or Esquimalt.
