$700 · WANTED: studio/bachelor

Hi there, I am in search of my first place to call home. Looking for a studio/bachelor. I can only afford up to 650-800 depending if utilities and wifi is included. I'm a student and am currently studying to enter the field of law enforcement. I would like to find a space that bright, calm, and pleasant in an area that is safe at night. I am not looking for a room in a shared house as my privacy is important. If you have something that might work please let me know. Pictures would be appreciated. I have seen a lot of rental scams related to COVID 19 so would require to view the home and meet you before I provide any personal details or money. (Mask and distance of course). Thanks for looking!
