$1,234 · WANTED: space to rent for small business

I am looking for a room to rent that has plumbing for a one person hair/makeup salon. I would like it to be in Saanich. I am a meticulously clean person and responsible to a fault. I don't use smelly products (ie. perms, straightening treatments) and aim to be as naturally focussed as possible with products. The space could be anywhere from 300-500 sq. feet. I would have to have it outfitted with a sink for washing hair.
