-Researcher looking for a basic, but quiet & reasonably clean suite to rent on ongoing basis. -Approx 250-450 sq ft. (larger is fine depending on rent) -Furnished or not. -Would prefer near bus routes or within walking distance of downtown. -James Bay, Downtown, Cook St. corridor or west Fairfield would be ideal. -Quiet, reliable person: NO smoking/vaping, drugs, drinking, parties, pets, "co-habitants", "active" social life, loud music, etc.! -Capable of performing many maintenance & repair tasks to a high standard in part or full exchange for accommodation, if desired. -Below average accommodation for a below-average price would be another way to describe this, if strictly on a cash basis. -Honesty & consideration offered and expected. -Required January 2020 or shortly after.
