WANTED: roommate living for Mar 1st or April 1st

I'm moving out of my apartment as fast as I can and looking for March 1st if it's cheap enough or April 1st when I officially move out. I'm a 28 year old male and a working professional, been steady at my job for 4 years onwards, and don't make loud torturous noises like the douche that lives above me at all hours of the night. I cook, clean, am polite and caring as well as respecting other boundaries. I'm chill and I'm the market for a sane place of residence
