Hi there I am looking for a small room for rent and a work area fit for working on my motorcycle project. My name is Jacob Newton I am a journeyman welder, and welding inspector at the shipyard, I am 31 years old, clean, responsible, and don't smoke or party. I am very interested in your room for rent. I do have a small pickup and a motorcycle (small) I own an acreage In Alberta and know how to respect a person's home. I am currently in Vic have been working here for 16 months and it's time I find a more fitting spot to stay. I am very handy and willing to help with chores around the house/yard.
