WANTED: apt./ house to share

Grampa looking for apt./house to share with family friendly persons. In Fairfield, Fernwood or Rockland.I am a on/cal activity program caregiver and community musician for people with developmental delays. Would like to share a home where my grand kids are welcome to visit. References available from grand kids parents and landlord. I am quiet, considerate and tidy.Don't drink, don't smoke. Aiming for $600 to $800 for Sept. 1 or Oct. 1. If it is an awesome opportunity, i can flex.
