Hi new prospective landlords, We are the Hewetts, 😀 Mike and Ange. Our 2 fur babies are Dave the dog and Sammy cat. We have been married for almost 11 years and have lived in our apartment for 12 years. On May 23rd, a suite in our apartment building caught fire and is completly burnt up. Multiple suites were affected but our suite, luckly for us, was not damaged except or smoke covering everything. Without getting into the the details online, we will now be in a position of needing to find a new, long term home for us and our 2 fur babies. We need a new home soon. Renting sure has changed over the last 12 years and to be honest we are a little lost on what to do. Here is a little about us: Over the last year and a half, I've left my long term job and followed my dreams. I own and instruct a hip hop inspired dance fitness class. We own a crafts and creations small buisness where we do custom art and home decor, also just branched into clothing. I also have a small, successful cleaning business. Mike is a freelance artist. He works in all mediums as well as a long time tattoo artist. In addition, he has done many jobs in the trades industry and remediation. In 2016, Mike had to have back surgery done and that in turn has ended his ability to be in trades. He is now a full time, sucessful freelance artist. Dave the dog is almost 11 years old and Sammy cat is 12. They both have excellent references and are lazy and friendly. We live a quiet laid back life. We are not drinkers, we do not do drugs. However, we are 420 friendly, but respect the rules in regards. We also come with a solid reference from our long term landlord as well as many of my clientele. We are looking for a long term home. One that might need a little love and that we are the only occupants. We are looking for some outdoor space where we could garden and enjoy being outdoors. We have lived in the backside shade for far to long, we need some sun and a little yard. Ideally we are looking for 2-3 bedrooms with 1-1.5 bathrooms, $2100.00 max.
