$1,234 · WANTED: Young Family need a place to call home

Hello, thank you firstly for taking the time to read this. We are a young family with 2 small children that have been amazing tenants for the last 5 years in North Saanich. However our landlord has decided to put the house up for sale and we are needing to find a new home. My daughter is in school in the North Saanich Cachement and it's breaking my heart to even think of having to move her. We have established a home and life in North Saanich and would love to stay. We can provide references from our existing landlord. I will mention we paid rent usually a day or two before the 1st. We would like to be able to buy a house or land to build so we can finally settle down and plant our roots. We are looking in the 600-700 range, we could possibly stretch that further for the right house. Thank you for your kindness and reading this.
