Hi and thanks for checking out this wanted ad! I'm looking for a full house (no suite) for March 1st (or slightly before). My budget is $2,500 to $3,500, depending on amenities. Must haves: -3 to 5 bedrooms -2 or more full bathrooms -Full laundry / dishwasher / fridge / stove -Storage -Non-smoking & no pets home (I have allergies) -Long-term lease (IE: no fixed term leases with a forced move out at the end. I'd happily sign a year long lease that moves into month to month) Nice to haves: -Large family / media room -Garage or covered parking -Centrally located in Victoria or on the Saanich peninsula -Updated / renovated so it's current & modern -Open concept kitchen / dining / living room -Wood stove or gas fireplace About me: I'm a 41 year old single guy. No pets, non-smoker, no kids, extremely clean and respectful. Educated in business (UVic & Royal Roads). I have excellent references: both character and rental references if needed. I work from home running an online business in the e-learning industry, working with musicians to help them create create exceptional music. My home is my sanctuary and creative space, so I treat it with the utmost of resepct. In the past, I've owned a property management company, so I'm very familiar with how to upkeep real estate.
