Hello, We are a young family wanting to purchase land/ home for our hobby farm on the Saanich Peninsula. We are looking for .5- 10 acres (quality over quantity). We are pre-approved and not afraid of projects. We are open to an owner continuing to live on the property in a rental agreement/ mentor situation. Areas we are most interested in are as follows: rural Saanich, Old West Saanich, Prospect Lake, Oldfield, Wallace, Mount Newton, Ardmore, Deep Cove. Open to other areas of the Peninsula as well.
