$1,100 · WANTED: UVic Law Student Rental Required Aug/Sept 2019

Hello, are you looking for a quiet, clean, and reliable renter? I am a mature law student studying at the University of Victoria. I am a non-smoker, non-partier, and professional with steady income. My partner and I are home owners and landlords ourselves (in another city) so you can trust that your rental will be taken care of just as we take care of our own home. My studies require that I live in Victoria so I need a rental for September 2019. I am flexible with move in dates or providing a deposit for the right place. I intend to rent long term as I require a place in Victoria until 2022. I am open to a variety of rental types. Our 10 year old border collie mix will need to stay with me occasionally. He is well behaved, fully vaccinated with regular vet checks, and completely house trained. Friendly with children and other animals. He is getting older now so mostly naps throughout the day. He is not left in the house more than 4-5 hours maximum at a time. On days that I am required to be away longer doggy day care will be arranged. A fenced yard or space outside is preferred. I need a quiet, clean, safe rental to call home while I complete my studies in law. I prefer to pay $900-1100/month for a rental, but again can be flexible for the right place.
