$2,000 · WANTED: Three bedroom plus den or four bedroom

Hello! We are looking to find a three bedroom plus den or four bedroom with a backyard for our family! My husband and I both have full time jobs that we have held for many years. We have our two toddler boys and my teenage stepson stays with us every second week. We do not smoke and have no pets, although we would love to get a family dog in the near future! We are looking for a bright, safe place long term for our family to call home and will not be giving notice until then. Saanichton/Sidney area is where we are hoping to find something, but we are willing to consider other areas. Our budget is $2000 and if utilities were included, that would be greatly appreciated!
