If this add is up I'm still looking and shall remove it when I've found a lovely place. Model tenant with references seeking suite or room in peaceful non smoking house. I'm a friendly mature woman, clean, green, respectful of other tenants. N/s, n/d, n/d and leading a healthy living oriented lifestyle. Holistic therapist. My preference would be James Bay, Fairfield, Fernwood, Rockland, Vic West and as close to the ocean as possible. Also I would prefer a situation where the suite is above ground level.
