WANTED: Suite for young professional couple, February move-in

Hi My girlfriend and I are looking to move into a new suite, so we are making this post hoping to catch an early worm. A bit about us, we are working professionals; I a 27-year-old software developer, and my girlfriend an accountant. We stay active with sports and fitness, as well as maintain a busy social life. With our additional time, we love to cook extravagant meals and relax watching movies. Our ideal move-in date would be February, though we are flexible with our timing. Below summarizes some of our ideals in a tenancy, though we are flexible on many of the points.
