$100,000 · WANTED: Sold our house and need accommodations immediately in the Victoria area

Hello, We sold our house and the new buyers wanted immediate possession and we agreed. We are a happily married young family with a 1 year old boy. We are seeking to rent somewhere in the Victoria area to get a feel for things before buying a house or building. My wife is on paternity leave and I have above average salary. I can supply credit report, paystubs, letter of employment from my company and various references. No parties, No drugs, No smoking, No problems. I am unable to sign a 1 year lease given the fact that we are looking for a property to purchase. I will sign a 3 month lease with month-to-month term. I pay the bills and we are a nice professionally employed couple. If your place is free and you are looking to make some revenue before you find you long term tenant, I can assure you we would be a great fit.
