We're looking for a small to medium building lot, to build an eco-barn style house, on the Saanich Peninsula, in the Highlands, Central Saanich, North Saanich/Sidney, Saanich East/West, Cordova Bay, Brentwood or Deep Cove for my partner and I. Ideally we'd like something around or under 1/4 acre (10,000-12,000 sq ft) and will also be interested in 1/2 acre up to 1 acre. Our home will be an environmentally low-impact home designed and built using materials and technology that reduce its carbon footprint and lower energy needs.
