$123 · WANTED: Short term stay/housesitting opportunity for the month of October

Hi there, A friend of mine is looking for a place to stay for Oct 1st (he has a place rented for Nov 1st) and just needs somewhere to stay for the month of Oct. He is clean, quiet, mature, non-smoking, non-partying, no pets, and really just needs a space to stay. Looking for an affordable situation. Please share any ideas or leads you may have. I know it's a tough time for everyone, but I thought I'd put this out there in case someone is looking for a great housesitter or someone to sublet for the month of October. Thanks so much
