WANTED: Short-term Workshop (1-3 months)

Hey there, I'm looking for a space large enough to build a small teardrop trailer. A standard size single car garage or something around 10' x 15' would be big enough. This would only be a short term arrangement, most likely 2 months, maybe longer, maybe shorter. About me: I'm a young man, in my early 30's, respectful and hardworking.
