WANTED: Roommate

ISO roommate! Tl;dr: $515 room off of 39, 12, and 28 bus routes. 5-minute drive to campus. Includes living space, garage, laundry, and backyard. We're just off Shelbourne which means we're a 5-minute drive to UVic. Its directly off of the 12, 39, and 28 bus routes. It's the ground floor suite of a house. The rent would be $515 plus hydro which is split between us and the people living upstairs. The room we have available will be unfurnished (but can be furnished if needed). It comfortably fits a twin bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. The rest of the house is fully furnished and stocked including two couches and a dining room table that seats five. It is a single bathroom shared between three people with a bathtub/shower combo. We also have full access of a grass backyard with a garden. I'll be planting tomatoes in a month which I am more than happy to share! The garage is shared with three guys living upstairs and has plenty of space for whatever storage needs you would have including a dry safe place to store a bike. We also have on suite shared laundry, so you won't have to worry about your coin laundry or UVic's coinmatics that never truly dry your clothes. Just throw your stuff in and continue on your way!
