WANTED: Excellent Tenants Seeking Long-Term House Rental

We are a professional retired couple, financially secure, with excellent references. We are hoping to find a house or townhouse to rent for ourselves and our very well behaved small dog (who also has excellent references!!). We are hoping to connect with someone who sees the value in a long-term low maintenance tenants who will take excellent care of their property. Our ideal "home" would be a minimum of two bedrooms and one bathroom with a basement (basement does not have to be finished but needs to be suitable for a workshop or workroom). An older (mid century) bungalow would be perfect. We are not interested in upper or lower suite. Our budget is $2000. We are happy to take care of day to day maintenance of the property, inside and out. We can provide pictures of our previous home to illustrate the care we take of our homes. We are flexible on move in date but do require one full months notice to give to our current landlord We are specifically looking for accommodation in the Burnside/Tillicum/Gorge area or Downtown Victoria (Fernwood, James Bay, Fairfield).
