WANTED: Professional Female looking for long term accommodations

Hi Y'all My Name is Samantha. I am a 27 yr old Registered Veterinary Technician working full time at an animal hospital in Victoria. I am a mindful, respectful, responsible, easy going person. I would like to call myself a responsible yet fun person. I am not a heavy drinker or extreme partier, but I do enjoy game nights. I do not smoke cigarettes, but don't mind if others are smokers outside. I have lived in a variety of different roommate and living situations, and tend to be pretty easy going as long as everyone keeps some mutual respect for each other. I like to keep my living spaces, tidy and clean (not a complete neat freak). In my spare time I enjoy movie nights, exploring the island, going to the beach, or playing sports. I can enjoy social living situations or can keep more to myself, if need be. But having a communal space where everyone can interact and get along is preferable. I am looking for a rental that will accommodate myself and my ~10 yr old , 16kg dog Riley. My dog loves to sleep and loves people and other pets (Big or small) once she gets to know them (she loves cats). I bring my dog to work with me, as I work long hours. So there is no worry that she will be left unattended for several hours alone. I am looking for a happy and positive living environment, that I could live long term if possible. I have a small car, so a parking space would be preferable. Im looking to spend between ~$600-$950 a month. Utilities and Internet all included is preferred. Move in date can be flexible. (The sooner the better though). A partially furnished place or unfurnished would be preferred, as I do have some basic furniture, But that is negotiable. Im looking for a place in Victoria and surrounding areas. I work in Gordon Head so the closer to there, the better. Looking for a less then 20 min drive commute.
