$1,100 · WANTED: Place to live for single respectful male

Hi! I'm a professional audio engineer and electronics technician, and I need a place to live. I am NOT a partier, disrespectful, or a pet owner. I don't smoke or do any sort of drug. I have excellent references, and the last place I lived (in Vancouver) I was there over 5 years without a single noise complaint, since I'm a decent human being and tend to keep my noise to working hours when nobody else is in the house. I need at least 1 bedroom, laundry on-site, one parking spot, and at least 500 square feet with full 8-foot ceilings or higher. I'm looking for something under $1100. I need to be close to Vic, so I can't accept anything in Saanichton, Sidney, Langford, Colwood, or anywhere further out. Looking for July 1 or earlier, as I recently moved back to Victoria from the mainland. To be clear, I am NOT looking for roommates or shared accommodations in any way. Thanks
