I am eager to find either shared or independent accommodation in the Victoria area and will happily sign a one-year lease. I am a financially secure, employed, considerate, quiet, and reliable tenant with excellent employer, landlord, and personal references. As a former homeowner, I upkeep my accommodation with the same high standard respect, care, cleanliness I applied to my own property. I am happily and securely employed as a full-time carpenter with a local company. I also hold a Bachelor of Business Administration. I am a tidy, quiet, and conscientious person who communicates with clarity and respect. I spend my spare time caring for my dog, going to the gym, heading for hikes, practicing yoga, camping, cooking meals, and applying my carpentry and mechanical skills to various projects. As a Jack of all trades, I enjoy tinkering with things and am pro-active in noticing and addressing minor issues and repairs. I have a small/medium-sized 27-pound dog named Piper who adores people and is friendly, gentle, and affectionate. Piper spent two years as the unofficial greeter of clients at a local yoga studio and is comfortable and accustomed to being around people. Despite working with different dog trainers, Piper cannot live with other animals as she finds them stressful.
