$15,000 · WANTED: Partner to invest in grow op, Hold 276 single plant licence

I was just approved for a ACMPR licence (Access to Cannabis for Medical Purposes Regulations) of 276 plants. There's no way I have room for that many, but I have 800sqft of unused space. I'll be very honest, I don't have the money to buy fancy equipment and I don't have a "business write-up or plan", I don't have the capital for the increase in hydro but I do have the licence, I do have the space, and I'm not an amateur grower, I've been around that lifestyle since I was a kid and I've done my fair share of "personal gardens". Id rather have someone whose willing to take product in return but if you'd rather have payment in money then I can work it out. I'm not sure what the average return is on investments so we'd have to work that out, I've been looking at other ads looking for investors and at what it would cost for an 800sqft space in equipment and power, clones etc And I did the math, if we filled the 800sqft it would take about 10 lights and with the other equipment, power costs etc I'm thinking about $15,000 and when we start making money after each grow, we'll take the total cost of the power (from the last grow) off the top and put that aside and split the remaining product/money down the middle until your paid back plus whatever amount we agree on for your profit. I'm not going to fill this ad with credentials and lies about what I can promise you, you will make your money back, plus profit, end of story. I don't need your help with tending to plants or advice on strains, I need financial backing. I'm willing to answer any questions but not into wasting time, so please be sure this is something you want to do.
